Choi Ji Woo and Kwon Sang Woo will be reuniting through SBS’s upcoming drama Temptation (tentative), reviving the relationship from their hit drama Stairway to Heaven
Kwon Sang Woo will be acting as ‘Cha Seok Hoon’ in Temptation, a humanistic and sentimental character.
Growing up in the countryside, he succeeds in getting into the nation’s top university with his intellect and takes on all sorts of part time jobs, from quick services to construction work, in order to earn his tuition. However, when he is cornered with debt, he makes a crucial choice for the sake of his wife and child.
Choi Ji Woo will be taking on the role of wicked ‘Yoo Se Young,’ who is the heir to a large company owned by her father.
Trained to take over the company since young age, Yoo Se Young is uninterested in love or marriage but upon meeting Cha Seok Hoon and his wife, she makes a dangerous offer and goes through a big change in life.
Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Ji Woo previously acted as a first love couple in SBS’s drama Stairway to Heaven 11 years ago. The drama earned the viewership ratings of over 30% at the time, bring the two stars to the center of hallyu wave. Meanwhile, Temptation will broadcast next month, following Doctor Stranger.
