Busker Busker’s Jang Will Be Releasing A Solo Album

I can’t wait to hear his new music!
Jang Beom Jun from the popular Korean indie band Busker Busker, has set to work on his new and upcoming solo album. The band rose to fame through the music competition Superstar K3, and since then have received much love from music fans alike. The group has released hit singles such as Cherry Blossom Ending, Love, At First  and Yeosu Night Sea.

Jang, who is in charge of writing and composing Busker Busker’s songs, is currently working on a new solo album. He aims to have it ready by the end of this year.

The band switched music labels in 2013, moving from CJ E&M to Chungchun Music. That same year, Busker Busker announced that they would cease activities for the time being to pursue independent activities. CJ E&M will act as the distributor for Jang’s music, but he will work under a self-established one-man agency.
CJE&M also stated

Whether Jang will sing solo only with a guitar or as part of a new band is yet to be determined.
