With Young Ji from Baby Kara joining Kara as the new member, Kara will begin its activities with four members.
Universal Music Japan, Kara’s Japanese agency, announced Young Ji’s joining of the team as well as Kara’s upcoming schedules in Japan through Kara’s official website on July 1.
MBC Music’s Kara Project, which aired live on July 1, featured four of the Baby Kara members, namely So Jin, Young Ji, So Min and Chae Won, competing to become the winner to join Kara. Heo Young Ji was named as the winner in the end.
According to Kara’s official website, Kara’s new album will be released on August 27 in Korea and Japan. Kara will also begin its Japanese tour on October 24, beginning with a concert in Fukuoka.
